Lifetime Warranty: All premium grade instruments now carry a lifetime warranty against any material defects and workmanship. The warranty covers all breakage, joint failures, and corrosion under normal use. Please be advised, that proper care is required for the warranty, such as cleaning, and lubrication. Sharpening instruments, and repairing minor tip damages, are considered routine maintenance during normal use, and are not covered by warranty. 30 Day Return Policy:Return any instrument within 30 days of purchase, and receive a full refund less Shipping. Restrictions on Returns: Item must be in the Original and New Condition and contain a reference number and date of Purchase. (Any Alterations in Instruments or Products will not be accepted for refund or Exchange) Any Defective items or material related problems must be returned within 7 Days upon receiving the items. All Instruments must be sterilized before use and should follow the "Cleaning & Care of Instruments" instructions. Corrosion will occur if not properly cleaned and sterilized.
Refund: Surgidental will issue Refunds within 7 Business days after returns are received. Refunds will be issued in the same manner of payment as received, unless otherwise noted by the customer. Any Changes or Cancellation Policy:Orders that have not shipped out yet, are allowed to be cancelled or Changed. Delivery Policy:We proudly work with USPS (Postal Service) for all of our shipping. Rates are that of calculated Real Time Shipping based on Zip Code and Weight. All Orders placed before Noon 1:00PM Eastern Standard Time may be shipped out same business day. Any order placed after 1:00 pm EST, may be shipped out the following business day. First-Class Mail or Priority Mail are not guaranteed by Surgidental. Order will be shipped out by the preferred shipment method, but may be delayed if due to back orders.
